Privacy policy

What we collect

• The product photo you upload, and the images we make from it.
• Your email address, to send your receipt and your images.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, to limit abuse. We don't store the address itself.
• Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we receive only the payment status and amount.

How we use it

Only to check your photo, make and deliver your order, handle refunds and prevent abuse. Your photo is checked and processed by AI models on our own computers and by an AI service provider that scores image quality.

How long we keep it

Photos and images are deleted 30 days after upload. Order records (email, amount, dates) are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to see or delete your data at any time.
