Refund policy

• Not happy? Use the refund button on your order page within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Downloads stop working after a refund. One self-serve refund per email address.
• Fewer images than you paid for: if at least half are delivered, the missing ones are refunded automatically, pro rata.
• We couldn't make your images: if fewer than half pass our quality check, you get a full refund automatically.
• Late: if your order isn't delivered within 24 hours of payment, you get a full refund automatically.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show them.
