Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy product images from Product Photo Studio ("we").

The service

You upload a photo of a physical product. We generate new backgrounds around it with AI and paste the original pixels of your product back on top, then email you a link to the finished images.

Your photo

You confirm that you own the photo or have the right to use it, and that it shows a product you are allowed to sell or promote. We refuse photos of people, prohibited items, screenshots and anything that isn't a single physical product.

Your images

Once paid, you may use the delivered images for any lawful purpose, including shops, ads and social media. We don't use your photo or images for anything other than making and delivering your order.

Payment

Payment is taken by our payment provider on its own checkout page; we never see your card details. Prices are shown before you pay.

Refunds

Liability

AI-generated scenes can contain imperfections. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
